Thanks again everyone for your support on the Whiskers (now Wirelings) Kickstarter!  We're excited to announce that the last rewards shipped out to backers today.  I hope everyone that has received these so far is having fun with them, and if you haven't received your reward it should get there soon.  Look forward to hear of some cool projects soon, if you do make something that you would like to share, we'd love to hear about it, just email us at [email protected].  

One backer, Karl Lew, used his Wirelings to create the SightSabre - a haptic electronic range finder inspired by the traditional support cane used by the visually impaired.  You can read more about this here in this customer feature.  

We'll be releasing the Wirelings for general sale in about a week on the TinyCircuits.com website, and we'll be working on more tutorials, example projects and will be introducing more Wirelings in the near future.

Robot Kits are coming!

Thank you to everyone for your support during the Wireling Kickstarter! We're happy to announce that we have started shipping your Premium Robot Kits! Sorry again for the delay, but thank you to everyone for your patience while we got the robot kits together. These kits have the robot arm in them which was the last thing to finish up to get it just right! The feedback that we've gotten is great, it seems like everyone is enjoying their kits and working on their own projects! We can't wait to see more of what you are making with Wirelings!

Happy (almost) New Year to all! We've been hard at work producing Wirelings and have shipped over 150 Kits out of 323!  Very sorry for the delays on getting these out, we had some hiccups in getting all the items in for this, but now have most all of the Wirelings built up.  We have shipped almost all of the Basic, Starter, Plant-y and Variety Kits. IoT/Weather, Deluxe and Healthy Kits will be shipping over the next few days. Robot Kits are the last ones to go out, but we hope to have everything out in the next two weeks.  All packages will be sent out via US First Class mail (with tracking), and you will receive an email when the shipment gets sent out.

We've been hard at work producing Wirelings and we're happy to announce the first wave of Basic Kits have started shipping at the end of November and some backers have already received their kits! Thanks for your patience, we're glad these are getting out to backers and we're excited to hear the feedback as people start receiving their kits.  There are a lot of individual Wirelings to make, and we're producing several different types per day in the needed quantities - some of the next ones to be made will let a number more kits to start shipping next week.  We anticipate that all rewards will be fulfilled before the holiday.  All packages will be sent out via US First Class mail (with tracking), and you will receive an email when the shipment gets sent out.
